“Amazing art. Amazing space. Great jazz was playing in the background. Oh, and they also do framing. I was greeted warmly by the beautiful co- owner Jackie. She gave me time to take in all their engaging pieces and answered my questions. They feature sculptures from Africa that are just breathtaking! Overdue Recognition stocks nice selection of art and African American history books. I bought several books to give as gifts that were affordable and elegant. Be prepared to spend hours here...if they added a small cafe, I could post up here for hours!”
